Working together
Where is CampusCode based, and do you work with international clients?
CampusCode Technologies Pvt Ltd is a private limited company registered in India. This service is built for international clients, including businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Europe. We work remotely and agree on communication channels and meeting times at the start of each project.
How do we communicate during a project?
Through email, video calls and a shared channel such as Slack or Microsoft Teams if you prefer. You receive written progress updates at an agreed cadence and a demo at each milestone.
How do you handle time-zone differences?
We agree on regular overlap windows for calls and rely on clear written updates so work keeps moving between meetings. Specific availability is confirmed in your proposal.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign a reasonable mutual NDA before you share confidential details.
What should I prepare before contacting you?
Whatever you have: goals, target users, examples you like, existing systems, constraints, a budget range and ideal timing. It is completely fine if you only have an idea — discovery exists to shape it.
Pricing and payments
How much will my project cost?
It depends on scope, complexity and integrations. After discovery we send a written quotation in USD with milestones and assumptions. The budget range you share in the inquiry form helps us suggest an approach that fits.
Do you work on a fixed-price or time-and-materials basis?
Both. Well-defined projects suit a fixed price per milestone; evolving products often suit a monthly or time-based engagement. We recommend a model in the proposal and explain why.
How are payments structured?
Payments follow a milestone schedule set out in your proposal. International projects are quoted in USD, and payment methods are confirmed in the agreement.
Process and delivery
How long will my project take?
Timelines depend on scope, so we do not quote generic durations. Your proposal includes an estimated schedule per milestone, based on what we learned in discovery and the assumptions we list.
Can I see progress during development?
Yes. We deploy progress to a staging environment, demo each milestone and share written updates. Repository access is provided as agreed in your contract.
What if our requirements change mid-project?
Change is normal. We assess each change request for its effect on scope, schedule and cost, and only proceed once you approve the impact in writing.
Technical and ownership
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
Ownership and intellectual-property terms are written into your agreement before work begins, so there are no surprises at handover.
Can you work on an existing codebase?
Yes. We start with a review of the code and infrastructure, share what we find, and agree priorities with you before making changes.
Which technologies do you use?
We choose tools to fit your needs, existing systems and long-term maintainability. Our recent work uses React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, LLM APIs, Cloudflare, Render and Docker.
How do you approach security?
Secrets stay on the server, inputs are validated server-side, access is role-based and least-privilege, dependencies are kept up to date, and we use HTTPS and security headers by default.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes, through optional maintenance plans. Scope, hours and response expectations are defined in writing so you know exactly what is covered.
