Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of freelancing.campuscode.in (the “website”), operated by CampusCode Technologies Pvt Ltd (“CampusCode”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Software development, consulting, maintenance or other services are provided only under a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

2. Using this website

You agree not to:

  • use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
  • submit false, misleading or spam inquiries, or information that is not yours to share;
  • attempt to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems; or
  • use automated means to access the website in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

3. Information, not an offer

Service descriptions, process descriptions, budget ranges and other content on the website are general information about how we work. They are not an offer, quotation or guarantee of any outcome, price or timeline. Scope, price, schedule, ownership and support terms are set only in a written proposal or agreement.

4. Portfolio content

Our portfolio describes CampusCode’s own products and independent projects built by our founder. Each entry is labelled with its type. Unless an entry is expressly labelled as a client project, it does not describe work for a client. Cover images are illustrations, not product screenshots.

5. Information you submit

When you send us an inquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not include confidential information in an initial inquiry; we are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The website, including its text, design, graphics, illustrations, code and the CampusCode name and logos, is owned by or licensed to CampusCode Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes but may not copy, modify or republish website content without our permission.

Names of third-party products, technologies and services mentioned on the website are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership.

7. Third-party links

The website links to third-party websites, such as code repositories and live demos. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the website, including its accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CampusCode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to these terms or the website is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
