1. Who we are
This website, freelancing.campuscode.in, is operated by CampusCode Technologies Pvt Ltd (“CampusCode”, “we”, “us”). It describes our software development services and lets you send us project inquiries. This policy covers personal information processed through this website and in responding to your inquiry.
The CampusCode learning platform at campuscode.in is a separate service with its own privacy terms.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a project inquiry, we receive:
- your full name and email address;
- your company name and existing website URL, if you provide them;
- your country or region;
- the service you are interested in, project stage, budget range and desired timeline; and
- the project description and any other information you choose to include.
When you book a call, we receive your full name, email address, phone number, country or region, preferred day and time, time zone, and anything you tell us you would like to discuss.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request details so we can protect the form from spam and abuse. Where rate limiting is enabled, we store only a one-way hash of your IP address, for up to one hour. Our team notification may include the country the request came from, as reported by our hosting provider.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your inquiry and send you a one-time confirmation that we received it;
- call you back at the time you requested, using the phone number you gave us — never for marketing calls;
- understand your project and prepare questions, estimates and proposals;
- communicate with you about a potential or ongoing engagement;
- protect this website against spam, fraud and abuse; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
4. Legal bases (EEA and UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Steps before entering a contract, at your request — responding to your inquiry and preparing a proposal;
- Legitimate interests — keeping the website secure and managing our business communications; and
- Legal obligation — where we must keep or disclose information by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies used for security and bot protection. If a security check is shown on the inquiry form, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
If we measure website traffic, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies or track you across websites.
6. Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run this website and respond to you:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, security, the Turnstile security check and privacy-focused analytics;
- Brevo — delivery of inquiry notifications and confirmation emails; and
- our email and productivity providers — storing and managing our correspondence with you.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and data-protection commitments. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
7. International transfers
CampusCode is based in India, and our service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by our providers.
8. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your inquiry. If we go on to work together, we keep project correspondence for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email freelancing@campuscode.in. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California residents: we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
EEA and UK residents: you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
10. Security
This website is served only over HTTPS. Inquiry submissions are validated on the server, credentials for our email service are kept server-side and never exposed in the browser, and access to inquiries is limited to people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
11. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
